As of 4st quarter 2009, there are approximately 2400 listings and around 1,000 REALTORS in Corpus Christi & the surrounding areas registered with the Multiple Listing Service.  Only about 15 of those work with 361 Realty.  I'm Bryan Johnson, the broker manager of the firm.  My intent is to build and grow 361 Realty as a credible and honest real estate firm that serves the Coastal Bend's needs.  The most important thing when choosing a real estate professional is to find someone you can trust.  I have a history of success and integrity in real estate that you can depend on.  I serve as a Director and sit on the board for the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS in 2009 & 2010.  I am an experienced negotiator with expert knowledge of the local market.  I have many contacts throughout the community and also serve on the City of Corpus Christi's Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) in 2009 & 2010.  You can count on me to always work with your interests in mind, and to represent you and your wishes to the best of my ability.  Right now is a great time to buy.  Cash is King and 2010 looks uncertain for sellers, plus rates are historically low.  Don't forget, 1st time home buyer's tax credit ends soon.

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi and chose real estate as my first profession after graduating from Texas State University in 2002.  I studied psychology and sociology in San Marcos.  Understanding people is an important aspect of my job.  I completed my Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M - CC in 2008.  I love the many aspects of my work.  It sure beats my old jobs of working in a paper recycling warehouse or telemarketing.  I have been managing 361 Realty since 2005.  I am 2009 & 2010 chariman of the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors (CCAR) Young Professionals Network (YPN) committee.  Starting this year, I am also serving my association by sitting on the finance committee.  I am here for the long haul so don't think twice about credibility.  I want you to be 100% satisfied, both with my service and with your new property. I will involve myself in your transaction as much or as little as you like, and will communicate information to you on a schedule and in a fashion that suits you best.
