How's it going?

The 2010 statistics can be viewed on the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS (CCAR) website www.CCARonline.com on their blog.  Overall, the Coastal Bend has seen small declines in comparision to the rest of the nation.  Corpus Christi appears to be doing well in the early months of 2011 while Padre Island is still saturated with inventory.  Seller concessions are typical in our local market and the waves of upcoming foreclosures should continue to force competitive pressures on residential sellers.  You know, one of the most important things to consider when choosing a real estate professional is to find someone you can trust and not just a good salesperson.  I have a history of success and integrity in real estate that you can depend on.  I am an experienced negotiator with expert knowledge of the local market.  I have many contacts throughout the community and in addition to serving leadership positions at CCAR, I also serve on the City of Corpus Christi's Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) in 2009, 2010 & 2011.  You can count on me to always work with your interests in mind, and to represent you and your wishes to the best of my ability.  Right now is a great time to buy.  The tenant market is strong too.  Cash is King while 2011 still looks uncertain for sellers, and rates are historically low.
